When addressing neck, head or jaw pain from a multi-dimensional perspective, it is important to not only include posture, movement and breathing re-training (particularly at the rib cage and pelvis which is the foundation of the neck, head and jaw) but to also reduce tissue inflammation, which in many cases is driving a significant portion of the pain response and neuromuscular tension. This is where nutritional integration is key.
What is often underappreciated when dealing with neck, head or jaw pain is the influence of your bite on your postural alignment. Your vision and hearing patterns can also have a profound influence on this region as well! Furthermore, there can also be underlying heart, mind and soul patterns that require unraveling to fully unwind and unload your neck, head and jaw.
There are 5 phases to this protocol, each ~ 2-3 weeks in duration taking a total of approximately 12+ weeks.
