10. Standing Cross Body Extension-Flexion

This technique teaches you to integrate the left and right sides of your body moving in opposite flexion and extension patterns.

Inhale Extension

Exhale Flexion

Instructions:

  1. Inhale softly, slowly and fully through your nose as you lift your opposite and leg out to the side.
  2. Exhale softly, slowly and fully through pursed lips while bringing your opposite elbow and knee together. Your back arm reaches back and down.
  3. Repeat on the other side.

Perform 5 times each side, 1-3x/day. *Unless otherwise directed
