EPA/DHA Omega 3 promotes cardiovascular, brain and eye health.
It is best to do EPA/DHA omega 3s that are vegan/algae based as products sourced from fish, even though they claim to be completely distilled of toxins and mercury, often contain traces and retain the energetic imprint (similar to homeopathy) of the supposedly removed toxins.
Vitamin D is needed for optimal bone health, supports reducing inflammation and plays a role in neuromuscular and immune function and glucose metabolism.
High doses of vitamin D are not recommended unless for short-term use only if someone is very deficient. Otherwise, they can burden the liver. Typically 1,000-5,000 IU/day is appropriate.
California Poppy has sedative and pain relieving properties as well as boosting cognitive function.

Multivitamins are not typically recommended because the dosages of each nutrient are low and many have unhealthy fillers and additives.
If you insist on a multivitamin, 1 capsule of O.N.E Multivitamin by Pure Encapsulations contains all the B-vitamins in a methylated format, 2,000IU Vitamin D and 25 mg zinc.
However, it is still recommended to do the foundational 3 as well as integrate other essential and powerful healing supplements.
Nascent iodine has the power to restore the thyroid through it's anti-pathogenic prowess. Please not that iodine is taken in drops not dropperfuls.
