01. Resourcing What You Need Meditation

This meditation technique supports you in resourcing what you need right now, whether you now what you need or not.

Sometimes we need a higher source of power or a greater sense of support from more than just a friend, family member or even what a health care practitioner can offer you. You may know you need to resource something, like more confidence or courage and sometimes you have no idea what it is you need but know that no one else can give this to you, you need to resource it for yourself. To resource for yourself and give yourself what you need, when you need it, is a demonstration of conscious personal mastery. 

This meditation is great for when you are ready to receive what you need, whether you have accepted or surrendered to whatever you are experiencing in life. This technique will support you in creating a pathway to finding the resources and answers within yourself and in the world around you.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Briefly review the Resonate Health Positive Resources Reference Lists to determine what resource you may require at this time.
    • Notice if you are drawn to any or if they pop out at you. What you need may not be on this list or it may be and you aren’t sure. Either way is okay. When you are ready, begin the meditation.
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to resource exactly what I need from the earth, my boundary, and pure source energy to support my greatest good and___(add any additional details as desired)__.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.
    • As you practice this meditation you can perform it at any time and anywhere you feel comfortable.

Perform this meditation 1-3x/day for the next 6 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed

    • As you become familiar with this meditation process you have the option of performing it independently without audio guidance.
