Sometimes we need a higher source of power or a greater sense of support from more than just a friend, family member or even what a health care practitioner can offer you. You may know you need to resource something, like more confidence or courage and sometimes you have no idea what it is you need but know that no one else can give this to you, you need to resource it for yourself. To resource for yourself and give yourself what you need, when you need it, is a demonstration of conscious personal mastery.
This meditation is great for when you are ready to receive what you need, whether you have accepted or surrendered to whatever you are experiencing in life. This technique will support you in creating a pathway to finding the resources and answers within yourself and in the world around you.
Perform this meditation 1-3x/day for the next 6 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed
