01. Body Positional Setup

This information is here to support you in getting into an optimal body position and set up for any healing experience. You may use this for meditations, energy techniques, and many other experiences within the Master Guide. 

Resonate Health Positioning Tips:

  • Movement is welcome, so at any time if you feel naturally guided to move from your original position, just listen to what your body wants and go with it. 
  • Move intentionally, gently and remember to breathe. 
  • Overall, it is best to naturally flow with what you are sensing in the moment and trust that what you are sensing is exactly what you need to support you in healing and aligning with your intention.

    2. Head Down Bottom Up Posture
    3. Arms Supported Kneeling Position
    4. Hands and Knees Posture
