10. Soul Restoration Water Technique

This technique is a modified version of a technique taught by Dolores Cannon

This soul retrieval supports you in releasing any energy that you may be holding that is not yours or not for you, and guides you to reclaim your energy that was taken from you or that you gave away, knowingly or unknowingly. 

This is best performed barefoot if possible, but you can wear whatever you feel most comfortable in as this will not alter the results. 

Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass of water and take it outside.
  2. Hold it in both hands and say 3x:
    • “Everything that I have picked up, am holding onto or have taken from others, knowingly and unknowingly, I put into this water.” (repeat 3x)
    • After each time you say this, pause for a moment and really feel that everything from others is going into the water, it may even start to feel heavier in your hands. 
  3. Then pour the water on the earth, knowing that all things will be returned via the earth to be recycled. As you pour the water out, allow this energy to release from you, your body and your energy field. 
  4. Inhale through your nose softly, slowly and fully, then purse your lips and exhale softly, slowly and fully, feeling it leaving you and returning to the Earth and to wherever it needs to go. Let the earth transmute these energies and feel them clearing from your body. 
  5. Refill the glass, and go back outside. 
  6. Hold the glass in both hands and focus your intention on the water. Say 3x:
    • “Everything that has been taken from me or that I have given away, knowingly and unknowingly, I now reclaim.” (repeat 3x)
    • After each time you say this, pause for a moment and really feel that everything is returning to you, all that is in your greatest good, is going into the water.
  7. Then drink the water and reclaim all that is you and yours. 
  8. As you drink and receive the water, allow this to return your energy to you, your body and your energy field. 
  9. Take note of how you feel, what you notice and the aspects of you that have been returned to you.
    • Where does it go in your body? Does any of it go to the outer boundary of your energy field? What does it feel like?
  10. Perhaps a color, word, statement or new way of being naturally arises within your awareness that is aligned with this feeling and fresh authentic way of being. 
  11. Write down any information or insight that came to you in your journal. 

Perform 1x/day for the next 3 days and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed

  • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency and duration to perform.
  • If you feel drawn to consistently perform this technique consider other protective techniques so you are able to maintain your boundary and block out any unwanted energy from attaching to your field.
