A routine performed as you get ready to rest for the evening helps you find a conscious centered moment before you fall asleep and start another day. Creating an evening routine is critical for resonating health and aligning yourself with your true resonance.
Your evening routine sets the tone of your sleep and ability to rest and rejuvenate, to harness your power and energy for the next day. This promotes conscious self-awareness and creation of aligned intentions for your experiences ahead. What you do in small habits creates the intricacy of your whole life.
The goal of an evening routine is to bring you back into your body from a busy day into a space and moment of stillness. This helps you clear yourself of other energies, establish your sense of self, safety and what you need to relax.
What you do before falling asleep sets the tone for that night’s rest and the energy you rejuvenate overnight for the next day. Creating an evening or nighttime routine is a special process that may take some time to optimize. The busy energy of the day can make it hard to settle down into calm stillness and there may even be a part of you that does not want or is not ready to go to sleep.
This evening routine practice gives you a set allotted time to do nothing but focus on you and your needs for rest, recovery and relaxation. You can do the same thing every night or you may incorporate something new whenever you desire.
The most important thing is to give yourself a consistent amount of uninterrupted time to focus on yourself in the evening, even if that means after others are in bed. You may need to start your routine earlier in the evening to ensure adequate time for it as this nightly ritual is imperative for your health. It may even support you in shifting other routine patterns into more alignment, like naturally waking up earlier with more energy.
Each moment is a ceremony of your life. Each breath is really a gift. You are precious and your true resonance and frequency is needed in this world. The way in which you show up for even the most mundane and marginal tasks allows you to acknowledge how much you are showing up for yourself in your life.
As you relax in the evening, get ready for bed and begin to fall asleep you are typically within your subconscious mind. Your subconscious is programmable and holds all memories, thoughts, experiences, beliefs, emotions, behaviors and more. It typically communicates symbolically through scattered dreams, visuals, thoughts, and emotions to get your attention to address any unprocessed information or experience.
Without a conscious moment or routine, you can get caught up in different conditioned patterns that are hidden in your subconscious. This leads to choices made from limited perspectives and false beliefs of reality. When you are in a pattern that is out of harmony with your true resonance it can lead to restless nights, nightmares and vivid confusing or unclear dreams.
When you are getting ready to rest and sleep it is important to root yourself in your true frequency, breath and body. Life can be chaotic, and there is anything and everything outside in the world. It is important to be anchored into your truth and intention of your inner world for optimal rejuvenation.
An evening or nighttime routine centers you. It helps you fully find yourself and brings you back full into your body so you may consciously rest while affirming positive intentions that support you.
