06. Boundary Restoration Meditation

This Boundary Restoration Meditation guides you in finding, supporting and reinforcing your personal boundary.

Your physical outer boundary is your skin but your energetic boundary is at the outer edge of your energy field, or biofield. Your field fully encompasses you, extending 3 feet above your head and below your feet, and 5-6 feet, to each side, and to the front and back of you. 

A healthy boundary ideally acts as a 2-way filter for you. It serves to block out external toxic energies while allowing nourishing and beneficial frequencies in. Likewise, it permits you to release unwanted energies as well as give out positive ones into your environment. It helps you maintain and contain your own lifeforce so that you don’t leak vital energy. Your boundary serves to not only protect you but to maintain appropriate boundaries within your relationships and with the environment around you. This begins to support your autonomy, agency, responsibility and sense of self, so that all within you and your field are your own aligned thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.  

Whether this is new to you or you are experienced with this type of boundary meditation, this guides you to connect with your personal boundary and restores optimal balance through transforming lower consciousness and unhealthy patterns into empowering and healthy ways of being so you may live aligned with your true self.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to connect to my biofield’s outer boundary and restore optimal vital life force within my boundary to support my health and greatest good.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.

 

Common patterns of unhealthy boundaries transformed to healthy empowered boundaries:

  • Helplessness Assertiveness
  • Self-pity Self-esteem

  • Guilt Forgiveness
  • Shame Self-acceptance and Self-love
  • Approval or Seeking Validation from Others Approval and Validation from Within
  • Letting go of Responsibility of Others Taking Responsibility for Self
  • “I need others to help me heal” “I can heal me with support from healthy resources.”
  • “I need to help others heal and they need me” “I allow others to heal themselves and support them by loving them where they are right now.” 

 

Perform this meditation 1-2x/day for the next 3 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed
