Whether you are aware of it or not, with every breath you exchange not only air but also energy. You are connected to the infinite eternal source of energy through your body, energy field, breath and soul. 

 

Conscious intentional breathing is the most effective way to guide and move energy to optimally serve and support you. 

When you choose to acknowledge what you are feeling and sensing, no matter if it is a “good or bad” in nature, and can move the energy accordingly, you unlock your power to resonate health. 

 

Your emotions and emotional energy ultimately serve to guide and inform you as vibrational truths. Emotions show up for a reason in your life and during different situations. Rather than repressing, suppressing or denying this natural energy, learn to appropriately feel, channel, and decipher these important messages hidden within. 

Rather than holding onto energy as mental ruminating, self-limiting beliefs, physical ailments and dis-ease by falling victim to it, learn to choose to listen and guide it. What is the energy here to show or teach you? This practice builds your intuition, discernment and the knowingness within that will guide you towards more fulfilling and aligned choices, people, places and experiences in your life.

Knowing how to intentionally consciously feel, transmute and transform energy optimally serves you in aligning with your truth and helps you navigate your life with more ease and clarity. 

 

Energy is meant to move, inform you and stay in flow. Different types of energy (including fear, anger, guilt, sadness, joy, bliss, etc.) all serve you in different ways. Energy spans from being very dense and heavy to being very light. It does not mean it is “good or bad” rather it is informing you of your boundaries, level of safety, clarity in sense of self and so much more. 

With this awareness and practice you will learn how different energies feel, what they mean and how they are there to support you. 

 

When you utilize each specific type of energy and allow it to be uniquely and appropriately expressed, you experience optimal flow, alignment and balance. You feel more centered and aware of yourself and know what is best for you. You have a more clear sense of self, what and who you are healthily working with your boundary to interact with others and your environment.

Even though healthy expressions may not always feel comfortable or familiar for you to feel, express or release (like crying), this technique maximizes your free will and access to your power. 

Intentionally guiding your energy frees you from struggling with your energy and empowers you to step into flow with your true resonance. When you acknowledge energy in and around you and intentionally work with it, you optimize how you interact with and use that energy.

Remember, energy is never created nor destroyed. In this way you are alchemizing, transmuting, transforming, converting and conserving energy to optimally serve you.

  1. When guiding energy, always set your intention. Use this one or adapt to make your own.
    • “ I set the intention that as I breathe I am effortlessly guiding any energy that is ready to move to wherever it needs to go to optimally serve and support my highest and greatest good.”
  2. Guide the energy to one to more of the 6 options below. You may imagine, visualize or picture the energy moving to its new location.
    • Breathe and send the energy to wherever it needs to go to optimally support you. 
    • Add movement, make sounds and do whatever naturally comes up to help you move the energy.
