01. Heart Resourcing Meditation

Connecting to your heart, being aware of all aspects of yourself and resourcing what you need, is an important part of Conscious Personal Mastery. It is through the heart space and unconditional love that you may experience an even greater sense of your truth and learn to call in what you need, when you need it. 

When we use the heart we are able to clear all space and time and release the bias of our learned or conditioned ways of being, choosing and thinking. Through the heart you sense the frequency of unconditional love and have access to a higher consciousness including all the resources and nourishment you may need, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. 

Through the heart space you tap into this high resourcing center and can gather whatever you need right now that will support you and your greatest good. When in your heart you have the ability to hold yourself or allow space for yourself to feel and get what you need.

There may be resistance to receiving what you need from the various conditioned patterns, beliefs and ways of being that you learned from family and those around you. Remember the heart can hold you like a net of light, no matter what, and through the heart you access this higher resource. 

You may need support and light in many areas of your life like your health, purpose, direction, relationships and more. It is through the heart these areas of your life will find the resources you need that are aligned with your soul. 

 

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to connect to the energy, wisdom and unconditional love in my heart center to support all that is in my highest and greatest good.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.
    • As you practice this meditation you can perform it at any time and anywhere you feel comfortable.

Perform this meditation 1-3x/day for the next 3 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed
