02. Clearing and Centering in Self Meditation

This meditation guides you through a cleansing process to disengage from everything and everyone so you may center within yourself. 

If you do not consciously disconnect from others and clear their energy from you, you can have residual attachments, links and connections to them. You may be carrying or holding their energy and/or your energy may be siphoned off or pulled in too many directions. This can be felt in many different ways including random or intrusive thoughts, fluctuating emotions, feeling drained, fatigued, overwhelmed and more. You may notice something just feels off within you and you don’t know why. 

This typically happens in unknown or unconscious ways which is why this Clearing and Centering in Self meditation is so important. Use this to come home to yourself, your energy and true resonance, at any time. 

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to clear any negative, unhealthy or toxic attachments or energy that I may be knowingly or unknowingly experiencing, and center within my true self and all that is in my highest and greatest good.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.
    • As you practice this meditation you can perform it at any time and anywhere you feel comfortable.
  • Position
  • Timing
    • Before going to bed to clear the day and prepare for rest.
    • During the day at a break to check in with yourself.
    • After a meeting/session with someone to return to yourself and clarity. 
    • After any confrontation to clear attachments and gain higher awareness. 

Perform this meditation 2x/day for the next 6 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed.  

    • As you become familiar with this meditation process you have the option of performing it independently without audio guidance.
