01. Cleanses-All

The following Medical Medium cleanses are specifically structured to nutritionally support you through the detox process. It is not advised to deviate from the protocols unless you have a specific intolerance to certain foods in it. If you need to adjust, it is recommended to either reference the book it came from for approved substitutions or consult with us individually via a 1:1 session.

The intention behind cleansing is never for you to starve but to maintain your blood sugar throughout the experience. Otherwise, you will stress your adrenal glands, nervous system and not have adequate energy to appropriately detox. Therefore, make sure you take your snacks and eat enough of the prescribed foods. You should be satiated with each meal and snack, if not, adjust to ensure you are never hungry.

 

Browse the following cleanses (1-10) below and the snapshot provided for each. Optionally use your testing technique to determine which cleanse is a priority for you and when it is best to begin the cleanse. Implement one cleanse in the next 1-3 days and maintain the protocol for the rest of that cleanse until complete. *Unless directed otherwise
