02. Space Between Thoughts Meditation

The purpose of this meditation is to cultivate a state of neutrality and clarity by resting awareness in the space between thoughts. As mental noise softens, the nervous system settles and internal coherence naturally increases. From this place of balance and receptivity, you become more attuned to your inherent resonance—the subtle, organizing intelligence that underlies your thoughts, emotions, body, and energy field. Rather than forcing change, this practice supports alignment from within, allowing clarity and coherence to emerge organically.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to allow my mind to focus on the space between my thoughts.
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.
    • As you practice this meditation you can perform it at any time and anywhere you feel comfortable.

Perform this meditation 1-3x/day for the next 5 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed
