01. Opening the Mind Meditation

This meditation, derived from We, the Arcturians, is a centering practice designed to enhance clarity, receptivity and embodied awareness. By creating a felt sense of expansion and lightness in your mind and body, you learn to recognize the signature of coherence. Carrying this awareness into daily life allows you to observe when and how this state diminishes, providing valuable insight into the impact of thoughts, emotions, relationships and environments. This process strengthens discernment and supports the gradual release of conditioned patterns that disrupt inner balance.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to open my mind to improve my clarity, receptivity and discernment.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.
    • As you practice this meditation you can perform it at any time and anywhere you feel comfortable.

Throughout your day:

  • Hold on to this feeling of lightness and expansion and note how you feel. Monitor it carefully.
  • Take this newly acquired knowledge of sensing your feeling of expansion and note throughout the day when you begin to lose this feeling.
    • What happens to your body when you begin to lose the feeling?
    • Where are you?
    • With whom are you speaking?
    • How is your body reacting?
    • Notice your mind’s reactions at those moments, as compared to the way your mind felt when you were expanding the energy and light through it.
    • This duality exercise will give you important data. It is the first step in learning the process of open mindedness and how to begin to reverse the friction of conditioning that surrounds you.

Perform this meditation 1-3x/day for the next 4 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed
