This meditation (adapted from the Vesica Institute Essentials and Practices of Spiritual Science course) supports clarity and resonance of the mind by organizing awareness at the center of the head and expanding it into a coherent field. In many traditions, light is understood as consciousness made perceptible. When awareness becomes more ordered and receptive, it is often experienced as brightness, warmth or expansion. This meditation uses focused attention and embodied sensing to promote mental clarity, reduce internal noise, and improve discernment within the thinking process.
Duration: Minimum of 5 minutes. Longer is welcome. Many people find the state so settling and expansive that time passes easily.
Ongoing Integration: Illuminating the Thinking Process

This contrast provides valuable information.
By repeatedly sensing the difference between coherence and disruption, you strengthen discernment and begin to recognize how conditioning, stress, and external influences affect your internal resonance. This awareness is foundational to self-regulation, open-mindedness and sustained clarity.
Perform this meditation 1-3x/day for the next 5 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed
