This Medical Medium recommended supplement protocol is intended for those experiencing sinusitis, sinus infections and/or lung infections. Typically, these are caused by chronic underlying strep bacteria which over time can create scar tissue and/or polyps. Toxic fragrances such as air fresheners, scented candles, perfumes or colognes can exacerbate these conditions.
Because your liver is at the heart of your detox experience, it is recommended to do the Liver Detox Protocol to fully address your pain issues.
Unfortunately, due to the nutrient depletion of our soil, our food does not contain the level of nutrients that it once did thus necessitating supplementation. Externally, we are up against considerable accumulating toxin and pathogen exposure on a daily basis in addition to toxins and pathogens we inherit from our parents where we are starting life off already burdened.
This landmark study (Body Burden: The Pollution in Newborns) found an average of 200 industrial chemicals and pollutants in umbilical cord blood from 10 babies born in August and September of 2004 in U.S. hospitals. Tests revealed a total of 287 chemicals in the group. The umbilical cord blood of these 10 children, collected by the Red Cross after the cord was cut, harbored pesticides, consumer product ingredients, and wastes from burning coal, gasoline and garbage.
Supplements coupled with healing foods within an appropriately hydrated body are often essential to provide enough of a stimulus and support for you to be able to meet your healing goals.

The following shock therapy protocols can be effective tools for shifting chronic sinus infections.
In addition to their therapeutic value, these interventions may also act as diagnostic indicators. If you experience:
This suggests that a chronic infection could be contributing to your condition.
You may need to try multiple therapies — and repeat some — to achieve results. Nutritional strategies, structural contributors and dietary changes often need to be addressed concurrently.
