02. Heart Discernment Meditation

Connecting to yourSelf, being aware of all aspects of yourself and showing up as the whole you in unconditional love, is an important part of conscious personal mastery. It is through your heart space and unconditional love that you may experience an even greater sense of your truth and heart discernment. 

Discernment is acknowledging a deep truth within you through integration of your intellect and intuition. You are able to discern if something is aligned and true to you and when it is not. Discernment differs from judgment. Judgment stems from the ego and is disconnected from your higher consciousness and awareness. 

Through heart discernment you are not judging the differences, there is no better or worse, it just is true or false as it enters through your heart. You have a knowing or a sense of the truth. This practice deepens your connection to your own heart discernment and what a true yes and a true no are for you. 

When we use the heart we are able to clear all space and time and release the bias of our learned ways of being, choosing and thinking. Through the heart you sense the frequency of unconditional love and have the space to hold yourself in any capacity that you need. 

You may have questions about your health, life direction, relationships or purpose. It is through the heart that these areas of your life will find true clarity and answers that are aligned with your soul.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to clear and open my heart so I may connect deeper with my true self and unconditional love through my heart discernment.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.
    • As you practice this meditation you can perform it at any time and anywhere you feel comfortable.

Perform this meditation 1-3x/day for the next 5 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed

    • As you become familiar with this meditation process you have the option of performing it independently without audio guidance.
