05. Boundary Reinforcement Practice Meditation

In this meditation technique you are going to practice establishing and maintaining your boundary. You may be able to acknowledge what a healthy boundary should look like but maintaining and practicing healthy boundaries in life is different. 

We need both giving and taking in life, to both serve and receive. To be able to identify and establish our Yes and No. As well as express yes and no as needed. This meditation guides you in establishing, affirming and coding your boundary to optimally align with you for your highest and greatest good.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to use this technique to establish my boundary so I may maintain my boundary in life to align with what is in my greatest good.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.
    • Best performed in an open space that you can freely move and make noise.

Perform this meditation 1-3x/day for the next 1-4 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed

    • As you become familiar with this meditation process you have the option of performing it independently without audio guidance.
