05. Acknowledge an Inner Part Meditation

This healing practice guides you to acknowledge, meet and potentially connect to a part of yourself, an inner child or aspect of yourself. This practice may be something new to you or you may have previous experience with this type of inner work.

Whatever the situation, we are simply here to acknowledge existing parts within you, and the role they may play in your life, you realizing yourself, accomplishing your goals and resonating health. This may be a part of you that is potentially communicating to you through your body, your reactions, thoughts, beliefs, emotions, choices, state of being, etc. This part of you may be trying to let you know that something is out of alignment in your life, is ready to connect with you or it may just be time to have more awareness of yourself now.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to acknowledge the aspect or part of me that is in my highest and greatest good at this time.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.

Perform this meditation 1-2x/day for the next 5 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed

    • As you become familiar with this meditation process you have the option of performing it independently without audio guidance.
