07. Inner Child Activity

This is a message to connect with your Inner Child and do an activity together. 

Think about something you really enjoyed as a child, something that maybe you have not done in a while or at all since you were a kid. 

Think about an activity that makes you happy inside, one that lights you up and gets you excited to do. Maybe there is an activity that you get so wrapped in you lose track of all space and time and are so in flow with yourself. 

Release all blocks that would restrict you from freely doing this activity. Let judgment go, forget about “having to get work done” or your daily tasks. Most likely this activity will shift your energy into more alignment and allow for you to get back to those other things with more ease and less effort. 

Let a few activity ideas come to you, pick one or many and go do these activities. When you naturally are in this activity, feel yourself connecting to the deeper inner versions of yourself. Feel yourself doing the activity with your inner child, let them be there, fully present with you. 

Let yourself feel this connection and just have fun! Take note of any messages, feelings or memorable aspects within this experience. 

It is recommended to write down anything that will assist you in deepening this connection with your inner child or inner versions of yourself. 

 

Use the following prompts:

    • What activities did I like as a child or kid?
    • What activity do I get lost in and feel in flow?
    • What activity makes me really happy every time I do it?
    • What do I naturally do now to connect to myself?
    • What lights me up inside?
    • What makes my Soul shine, giggle, illuminate?

 

Perform your selected activities 2x within the next 3 days and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed
