07. Strong Wise Adult Meditation

There is a strong wise adult within all of us. It is the part of you that is there to act wisely on your behalf and to make healthy choices that support you and your alignment with all that is in your greatest good. 

You may already know and have access to this version of you, or you may be unfamiliar with this part of yourself and need to reestablish what a strong wise adult feels like to you. This meditation supports your connection with your strong-wise adult so you may resource this sensation and receive the guidance and support that you need right now.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to connect to my Strong wise adult for guidance and wisdom to support my health and greatest good.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.
    • As you practice this meditation you can perform it at any time and anywhere you feel comfortable. 
    • You can use your anchor to harness the power of the strong wise adult within you at any time.

Perform this meditation 1-3x/day for the next 4 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed
