01. Soul Retrieval Meditation

This meditation supports you in reclaiming a part of yourself or retrieving an essence of your Soul that may feel separate or missing from you.

This technique may be new to you or you may be familiar with a similar type of soul retrieval or reclamation process. This technique does not mean that you or your soul are incomplete in any way, it is simply here to assist you in connecting more deeply to your true self and the felt essence of your soul and spirit within you.

You are unbreakable and whole in all ways, yet some experiences in life have the potential to make you feel and believe otherwise. This practice is here to serve you in realizing your whole Self and will guide you in your unique soul retrieval process.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to identify, cleanse and reclaim any aspect, piece or fragment of myself or my soul that I need at this time for my greatest good. Any part of me that may be disconnected, I intend to reconnect with ease and effortless integration.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.

Perform this meditation 1-2x/day for the next 3 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed

    • As you become familiar with this meditation process you have the option of performing it independently without audio guidance.
