01. Full Body Connection and Restoration Meditation

This in depth meditation is focused on connecting you to your body, boundary, the Earth and Pure Source Energy. This supports a full body connection to nourishing and restorative energies that serve to bring you into optimal alignment, resonance and whatever you need right now.

If you feel dizzy or lightheaded during this meditation you may reduce the depth of your breathing to what feels comfortable.

If you have and are comfortable using body tools on yourself, like a weighted tuning fork, gua sha tool, or even oil/lotion, you may use that during this meditation as much as desired. It can help to get you better at feeling and sensing your body. See Sensory Knowledge (add links)

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to connect to my body and restore optimal vital life force within my body and boundary to support my health and greatest good.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.
    • As you practice this meditation you can perform it at any time and anywhere you feel comfortable.

Perform this meditation 1-3x/day for the next 3 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed
