06. Sacred Safe Space with a Part of You Meditation

Your sacred safe space is a place that only opens to you and your unique DNA blueprint. Accessing your safe sacred space may be familiar to you or this may be a new experience.

When you access this space you are truly limitless. You may explore this space and bring all parts of yourself here for safety, to play, gain wisdom and to be free. You may utilize your safe sacred space however it feels best to do so.

In this meditation you will be bringing an inner child or younger version of yourself to your safe space. There is an aspect of you that needs to be shown that this space exists for them and they may remain in the space for as long and as often as they like.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to connect with the aspect or part of me that is in my highest and greatest good at this time and to show and bring them to a safe sacred space for optimal healing.” 
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.

Perform this meditation 1-2x/day for the next 5 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed

    • As you become familiar with this meditation process you have the option of performing it independently without audio guidance.
