04. Pelvic Diaphragm/ Pelvic Floor Breathing Meditation

Pelvic Floor breathing is a powerful tool for connecting to your inner strength while regaining your power and self-ownership. This technique connects you to your pelvic diaphragm, your pelvic floor, and re-establishes appropriate pelvic breathing. 

Whether you are new or experienced with pelvic floor breathing, this meditation will guide you through every step so you may experience a deeper sense of air pressure regulation and empowered breathing through the pelvic floor diaphragm.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to restore optimal pelvic floor breathing with this practice, to support my health and greatest good.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.
    • As you practice this meditation you can perform it at any time and anywhere you feel comfortable.

Perform this meditation 2-3x/day for the next 3 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed
