13. Language Self-Reflection

What you say matters!

What you say to yourself, out loud or in your head, builds the reality in which you perceive life.

What you say out loud to the world is like making an order at the universe’s restaurant. You are so powerful that as you talk, you speak into existence whatever words come out of you, as if you were casting a spell. The universe’s restaurant will serve you whatever you ask for, in some way, shape or form.

You are connected to All that is and with every breath you are exchanging energy that is cycling in and out, creating and destroying, experiencing life and death.

You are a pure light source with the power and potential to consciously and intentionally harness your mind, using both thoughts and words, to align with the experience your soul is here for and bring resonance and truth to all you speak.

You are so powerful that you are also the energy that the darkness wants. You are the light, the gold and the magic.

Language has the potential to carry both light and dark energy and depending on the words you choose you can create more dense heavy darkness in your life without even knowing it.

As you recognize your word selection, you may realize that you want to bring more light energy into your life by using words and saying things that feel more true to you and empower you.

Reflect on the prompts below for ~5-20 minutes, for the next 4 days. *Unless otherwise directed.

  • Acknowledge whatever you may be aware of at this time with curiosity.
  • Perform this self-reflection again in about 4 weeks to assess your progress and to gather any new information to continue to support you and your greatest good.
  • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency and duration to use this reflection.

Language self-reflection prompts:
    • Reflect on the specific words you are using and then the overall message those words create.
    • Write down your most frequently used phrases and reflect on what they actually mean to you.
      • These phrases may not have originated from you but another such as a family member. Reflect on who you may have originally heard it from.
    • If any of your common words or phrases has a negative tone, write the positive or more true version. Write it in present tense as if it already were now. If you could say something similar in a positive and empowering way, what would you choose to say?
      • Does a specific version of you need to hear these more positive words?

As you shift your words to align with what empowers you and what is really true, you will notice aspects of your life naturally shift into alignment with this positive light energy.
