01. Empowered Consciousness Meditation

The main theme of this meditation is to transform any limiting themes and ways of being into powerful expressions of self-empowerment.

This meditation is designed to guide you in transforming any victim consciousness patterns and behaviors into empowered expressions of your true self. Use this technique to acknowledge and rewrite any victim stories or conditioning that is blocking you from accessing your true self and inner power.

Living in victim consciousness is really just living without your own power, and knowing or unknowingly, actively giving your power away. You at your core are pure, powerful, and unconditional love. Shifting from victim consciousness empowers you and illuminates this truth.

 

Common patterns of transforming Victim consciousness to → Empowered consciousness:

  • Helplessness → Assertiveness
  • Self-pity → Self-esteem
  • Blame → Personal Power
  • Guilt → Forgiveness
  • Shame → Self-acceptance and Self-love
  • Approval or Seeking validation from Others → Approval and Validation from Within
  • Letting go of Responsibility of Others → Taking Responsibility for Self
  • “I need others to help me heal” → “I can heal me with support from healthy resources.”
  • “I need to help others heal and they need me” → “I allow others to heal themselves and support them by loving them where they are right now.”

 

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to transform whatever victim consciousness pattern that is in my highest and greatest good, whether I know what it is or not and transform this into a more empowered and aligned way of being.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.

Perform this meditation 1-3x/day for the next 5 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed
