10. Being in Flow Biofield Tuning

This recording uses biofield tuning, with the intention to vibrationally balance you and your energy field as it relates to restoring your true sense of ‘being in flow’ or experiencing your flow-state.

This tuning intentionally clears any conscious or unconscious blocks or unhealthy patterns that are limiting your experience of being in flow so you may more easily access your flow-state and resonate health in your life.

 

While listening:
  • Focus on what you are noticing and sensing in and around your body, instead of straining to hear.
    • This audio uses a variety of tuning forks. You may hear some frequencies more easily than others.
  • Breathe, knowing you are naturally clearing, aligning and optimizing your energy.
  • Move around and make sounds if that feels natural.

 

 

To optimize your experience:
  • Listen to this recording: 1-3x/day for the next 1-4 days. *Unless otherwise directed.
    • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency and duration to listen to this biofield tuning.
  • Drink at least 8 oz (1 cup) of water before and after listening.
