02. Compression Sensory Input

Compression can help you relax, ground and support your sense of body awareness. Compression is needed for expansion and can even provide a sense of relief for your body. The physical input of compression supports your alignment and self-orientation to center you in your body.

For an overall compression body experience, refer to this technique

Compression as a sensory input:

  • Approximates or brings things together or toward each other.
  • Provides a sense of support and orientation to where you are in space.
  • Gives a supportive or held together sensation.

Browse the following 10 compression options or use your testing technique to determine if you would benefit from sensed compression from any of these right now.

Experience some form of compression input for 1-3x/week for 5-25 minutes or more as desired. *Unless otherwise directed

  • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your frequency and duration to receive compression.
