Healing Topicals 1-10
*It is suggested to try #1-6 first for pain and then move on from there. Optionally, you may use your testing technique.
Calendula is excellent for reducing pain and inflammation
Feverfew is a popular anti-inflammatory topical to help reduce pain.
California Poppy has sedative and pain relieving properties.
Use for 2 wks on/2 wks off. To help track this, it is suggested to always start or finish on the 1st or 15th of the month.
White Willow Feverfew is known to be an excellent anti-inflammatory but has multiple uses including headache reduction.
Nettle has anti-inflammatory and anti-pathogenic properties.
Olive Leaf’s is antiviral and immune boosting.
Eyebright:contains anti-viral, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergenic properties.
Magnesium received topically either through an epsom salt bath or topical lotion can promote significant muscle relaxation.
Propolis is a powerful anti-viral and anti-bacterial tool to support your immune system, and can potentially slow down, reverse and stop various infections.
Propolis may be taken orally or applied topically. It is particularly effective for sores around the mouth. Apply a few drops to the affected area a few times per day.
Healing Topicals 11-20
Lemon Balm is excellent for calming your nerves. We all can benefit from soothing lemon balm in this day and age.
Zinc is the ultimate immune system support.
Goldenseal is an immune and digestive reinforcement for both acute and chronic conditions.
Use for 2 wks on/2 wks off. To help track this, it is suggested to always start or finish on the 1st or 15th of the month)
For topical use: apply 3-5 drops to the area of pain, 2x day
Vitex Berry is supportive for PMS symptoms.
Valerian has calming and relaxation qualities in the central nervous and muscular systems.
Aloe is excellent for soothing inflamed skin and tissues.
Skullcap is a well respected North American medicinal herb that is an excellent remedy for anxiety, stress, headaches, exhaustion and depression.
Siberian Ginseng, aka Eleuthero Root, is an adaptogenic herb with the unique ability to balance and tone multiple physiological functions providing efficient and effective healing support.
Thyme: contains antiseptic, antiviral, antibacterial, carminative, diaphoretic, and expectorant properties which supports healing throughout the entire body.
Mullein Leaf: contains powerful anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic and expectorant properties.
Healing Topicals: 21-30
Wild Cherry Bark is utilized for its antiviral, antibacterial, and anticancer properties while also being great for supporting the lungs and lymphatic system.
Milk Thistle is not only antiviral, anti-inflammatory but even anti-cancer.
Burdock: contains powerful antitumor, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties.
Topical Salve: apply to painful area 2x/day
Topical Tintcures: apply 3-5 drops to the painful area(s) 2x day
Butterbur can be helpful with addressing migraines and rhinitis.
Chrysanthemum is loaded with antioxidants and minerals and can be used to calm the body, fight respiratory and sinus illness.
Cilantro: a powerful herb that contains many vitamins, minerals and is a remarkable heavy-metal detoxifier.
Raspberry Leaf is a rich source of vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium, bioflavonoids and antioxidants. It removes unwanted hormones from the body, supports digestion and can alleviate pelvic discomfort during menstruation.
Passion Flower provides mild pain relief, helps anxiety and insomnia.
All parts of Dandelion can be used to remove radiation, toxic heavy metals and other poisons from different levels of the body.
Atlantic Dulse is a powerful heavy metal and radiation remover.
Healing Topicals: 31-40
Cat's Claw is a stealth fighter against chronic underlying infections causing pain and inflammation.
Oregon Grape Root helps kill viruses and bacteria.

Yarrow is great for relieving muscle spasms and reducing inflammation.
Ashwagandha is immune boosting.
Schisandra berries contain special adaptogenic properties which helps balance the body’s hormones and normalize organ function during times of mental, emotional, physical, or environmental stress.
Red Root is a powerful herb has that has effective antibiotic, antispasmodic, antiviral and expectorant properties.
Red Clover is one of the most powerful liver and lymphatic cleansers.
Lomatium Root can be helpful for antibacterial issues especially in the upper respiratory system in addition to having powerful antiviral properties.
Lobelia can supports inflammatory respiratory conditions.
Healing Topicals: 41-47
Hawthorn berry has anti-inflammatory and vasodilating properties.
Horsetail contains powerful antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and astringent properties, and is loaded with vitamin C and B complex as well as minerals like magnesium.
Kava
Licorice is a powerful antipathogenic weapon while also supporting the adrenals.
Nascent iodine has significant anti-pathogenic prowess. Be cautious with applying too much. 1-2 drops should suffice.
Echinacea: a beautiful coneflower that supports your immune system.
