01. Right Arch Sense

Feeling and sensing your right arch is a simple technique that has positive and profound effects on your ability to resonate health and Be your true self.

Your right arch provides a sense of contact and support so you more easily feel stabilized in your postural system, activate appropriate muscles and experience a relaxed sense inside your body. A new way of feeling, being and expressing yourself may arise when simply sensing this area in a variety of positions and activities throughout your day.

 

Browse the following 3 right arch awareness techniques below or use your testing technique to determine what method is best for you right now. 

 

  1. Refer here for how to determine which one may be best for you.
  2. Place the arch support in your right shoe only.
  3. Place a piece of stretchy sports tape to the bottom of your right arch as seen in the picture above.

Utilize either option for increasing your right arch sense for ~½ the day, taking a break only as needed, for at least the next 3 days or use as long and often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed.

  • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency and duration to perform this or add to all your shoes indefinitely.
