05. Grounding

Being “Grounded” is one of the easiest and best ways to access natural healing and align with your true self. 

Being barefoot outside and touching the natural earth with your skin, immediately connects you into the greater electromagnetic energy field of the planet. You are then able to “discharge” or let go of stored toxic or negative energy that was previously held in your body as well as draw up the plentiful source of electrons from the earth serving as antioxidants for your body. Wearing rubber shoes or artificial man made products blocks this process which naturally occurs when bare feet are in contact with the earth.  

 

Simply touching the earth protects you and clears your body and energy field of blocks and congestion, restoring natural flow and balance. Grounding supports pain and inflammation relief and protects you from the high voltage and negative energy that exists in our modern world like wifi, emf radiation, environmental stress, etc. 

Outside on grass, sand, rock, in the water, whatever organic earth you enjoy most, is the optimal way to practice “grounding” or “earthing”. 

Grounding mats and other earthing products can be used to stay grounded even when inside. They simulate the ground by being connected to the grounded component of an outlet serving as a reservoir or electrons. You simply touch the mat, blanket, etc. and you receive the benefits of being outside barefoot.

 

Perform at least 3-4 min of grounding daily, outside or by using a grounding product. Use as often as possible and as long as desired, or use your testing technique to determine the optimal frequency and duration you should ground. *Unless otherwise directed.
