Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to rest, calm, revitalize and reboot my nervous system to support all that is in my highest and greatest good to resonate health.” 
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.

Perform this meditation 1-2x/day for the next 5 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed

    • Ideally perform for ~15 minutes but even if you only have a few minutes that will be helpful.
    • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency and duration to use this meditation.
