03. Physical Release and Restoration Meditation

This technique is mainly focused on the physical level to release and restore what you need physically, although what you are addressing most likely has influences from other levels of your being such as the mental, emotional and/or spiritual.

This meditation helps you to intentionally release pain, discomfort, dis-ease and any uncomfortable symptom or stuck energy you may want to address in your body, whether it is acute or chronic pain, or an area that is numb. This practice focuses on restoring a new felt sense inside you so you may release and let go of whatever is being held in the body, for whatever the reason, known or unknown. This technique is not an opportunity to retraumatize yourself but to curiously explore and move the pain that's holding you back from resonating health and living your life.

Safety is a top priority during this meditation.

Although this is a guided healing meditation, you will be the one who ultimately regulates your experience.

Please review the information on this page and the Safety, Healing and Detox Support before performing this meditation.

In this technique you will be providing what your body physically needs to fully release and restore itself to your true resonance. You may be moving old stored charged energy and pathogens that were repressed and held in the body, potentially from even a very young age. This will give you a chance to physically express this to free up space within your body and restore organic physical intelligence and healing. The body knows what it needs, this meditation practice will guide you through providing that.

  • This technique has the potential to increase heat that is generated in your body, nervous system and brain because you are focusing on an area that is painful or “inflamed” in some way. This heat needs to be managed so the system doesn’t overheat and so you don’t feel “fried” or exhausted.
  • To support you in managing any heat created during this experience, it is highly recommended to use the Medical Medium, Brain Soothing Juice, so your experience is comfortable and any detox reactions are more easily manageable. You may drink this juice just before and during the experience, but it is recommended to have a full serving after you complete the meditation.
  • If you feel uncomfortable practicing this, or think you may overwhelm or hurt yourself, consult with us to discuss safety, healing and detox information and how to most optimally approach your physical issue.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Adapt this to create your own that is specific to the area or physical sensation you want to address:
    • “I set the intention to release and clear any negative, toxic or charged energy that I need to address related to.. (insert your specific physical body pain sensation) .. to the degree I am able to healthily manage at this time and restore my physical body with comfort, strength, health and all that is in my greatest good.”
    • Be as specific as you want, you may already know the body part, emotion and other specific aspects that you can include like the specific things that trigger it.
    • Set your intention to address whatever emotional energy that you need to right now, the emotion that is key for your growth and whatever energy that is associated with the physical sensation you may want to address.
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.
    • You can do this in your bed if you have no other open space that you feel comfortable in but an open area that you can freely move and make noise is best.
    • Open floor space on a mat or cushioned rug or blanket/pillow pallet so it is comfortable.
  • Optional equipment to have with you or easily accessible (you may or may not use them all, each experience is unique)
    • 1-3 ice packs or bags of ice, small - medium sized. For the back of the neck, wrists and anywhere on the body to cool off or calm down.
    • Tissues
    • 2-5 pillows to support your head, legs, and to hold.
    • Blankets or towels for extra prop support
    • Water
    • Designated “hitting tools” - any item that you can use to hit a pillow or soft surface with that will provide a satisfying and safe experience. Ie. wooden spoon, kids plastic baseball bat, decor pillows.

Perform this meditation 1x within the next 2 days and then as often as ~ 1x every 2-3 weeks, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed
