When you experience emotional stress or triggers, your brain and nervous system encode it as a multi-sensory pattern. This pattern can include the felt sense of your body (somatosensation), along with visual, auditory and sometimes even taste and smell associations. Because these patterns are stored through multiple sensory channels, creating new patterns such as non-reactivity, calm, joy, enthusiasm, etc in your nervous system is often most effective when using multi-sensory techniques.
Humans are highly visual beings, and a significant portion of your brain’s wiring is involved in processing and integrating visual information.
This technique draws strongly from Cognomovement but with additional layers using sound and specific postural and breathing techniques to provide amplify your multi-sensory reprocessing experience. It is structured as a protocol that includes 6 steps to complete. To prepare, review the entire protocol and gather the required equipment.
To start, it is essential to identify what you specifically want to address. You likely have multiple issues going on but it is best to choose one at a time and work on them sequentially.
Choose the main issue, stressor or trigger you want to address. If multiple issues are present, focus on the one that feels most dominant right now. Consider whatever is triggering the most stress in your life at the moment. This could be:
If you are having trouble identifying something, refer to the Working with your Triggers Self-Reflection.
Allow yourself to consider your issue, stressor or trigger and bring up the emotional response in your body. There may be multiple layers of emotions that come up for you. Choose the one that feels the most dominant at the moment. Examples include:
If you are having trouble identifying what emotion you are experiencing refer to the Negative Emotions Reference List for assistance.
If your emotional trigger is too intense or overwhelming for you, bring it up to the intensity that you can handle at this time. As you work through the protocol the intensity will lower and you can then bring up the remaining portions of it.
As you allow yourself to experience the emotional response, notice where you feel it in your body:
And identify any related sensations such as:
Rate the intensity on a scale of 0–10:
You may experience a range of intensity as well.
Note anything you are aware of to establish a detailed and clear sense of your baseline right now.
More details now will assist in acknowledging changes and progress later during the re-check in Step 5.
You have now identified the primary issue, emotion, where and how you feel it in your body and how intense it is.
This is your baseline and you will reflect back on this starting point at the end of this technique.
Before moving on, it is highly recommended to write this information down in your journal along with any other details that come to you. (Your Resonate Health Journal is private and is a great place to reflect.)
Next, you will review and practice the breathing method to be used throughout this protocol.
Breathing supports the healthy processing and integration of your current issue and it is important to continue to breathe to process the emotional energy.
Practice the breathing method described below now.
We recommend the following breathing method:
Perform a set of 3-5 breath cycles right now.
The only technique where you won't be focused on breathing is when you are naming the color on the horizontal tracking technique.
You have now reviewed and practiced the breathing method you will use during the integration techniques.
Sound is tremendously powerful at helping your nervous system rewire stress patterns. It is now time to open the Resonate Health Harmonic Resonance App.
The goal of this step is to find a bundle of frequencies that leave you feeling more relaxed in your body.
Follow the guidance below to find frequencies that feel calming to you.
Open the Resonate Health Harmonic Resonance App here
1. Body Check-In
Before listening to any tone bundle, notice how you feel in your body. The goal is to find the frequency bundle that helps you feel more relaxed.
2. Begin with the Default Frequency Bundle
Press Begin to play the GOLDEN – 174 Hz default frequency bundle.
Check in with your body and record your response in your journal:
3. Adjust the Frequencies if Needed
If the default bundle makes you feel more tense, less comfortable or no difference, adjust the frequencies in the order below, checking your body’s response after each change.
Continue adjusting until you find the combination that leaves you feeling more relaxed in your body. If you are unable to find one that makes you feel more relaxed then go with the one that is neutral and doesn't make a difference. This becomes your frequency bundle for the protocol.
Use the Harmonic Resonance App – Adjusting Frequencies Demonstration Video below for guidance.
GOLDEN – 174 Hz
SCHUMANN
4. If You Still Feel Tense
Use SCHUMANN with only 62.6 Hz and 125 Hz highlighted.
5. Use Your Frequency Bundle Throughout the Protocol
Once you have established your frequency bundle, keep the tones playing continuously throughout the protocol.
For an enhanced effect, you may consider vocally toning one of the frequencies playing in your Harmonic Resonance bundle.
This can be challenging as there is more than one frequency being played simultaneously. Choose the one that you can best synchronize with and vocally tone it during your exhale.
You have now set up your device, playing your specific frequency bundle, in a comfortable location.
Keep the frequencies playing continuously and move on to the next step .
You may change the frequencies and tone playing at anytime to ensure it is grounding and centering for you. Your frequency bundle can change so adjust the tone as needed.
Perform the following techniques in the order listed below while you focus on feeling the primary emotion and bodily sensations that you identified in Step 1.
Before you begin the integration techniques below, intentionally bring up the trigger and the primary emotion generated to the highest intensity that you feel comfortable working with at this time.
Regardless of your position, try to have more weight on your left vs your right side. If your left side gets tired you can always come back to the center.
Allow yourself to feel the primary emotion you are intending to process while performing the following technique. Play your frequency pattern throughout.
*If standing or sitting is too challenging for you, perform this laying down. You may also need to take breaks, perform for shorter durations, go slower and/or reduce the amount you are moving the ball side to side and/or upward. If you are unable to manipulate the ball due to arm issues, you can perform just the eye movements only without tracking the ball.
Continue to feel the primary emotion you are intending to process while performing the this technique. Continue to play your frequency pattern throughout, performing the breathing method.
Notice if you have difficulty in any region. If so:
*If standing or sitting is too challenging for you, perform this laying down. You may also need to take breaks, perform for shorter durations, go slower and/or reduce the amount you are moving the ball side to side and/or upward. If you are unable to manipulate the ball due to arm issues, you can perform just the eye movements only without tracking the ball.
Continue to be aware of your issue as your breathe and listen to your frequency pattern.

*If you are unable to tolerate asymmetrical figure 8 walking, it is suggested to try imaging yourself doing so.
Continue to be aware of your issue as your breathe, tone and/or listen to your frequency pattern.
Whatever side of the body is being tapped, the opposite sided hand is doing the tapping. Example: Tapping left arm, torso or leg with the right hand.
Part 1: Front Back Upper Body:
Part 2: Outer Inner Upper Body
Part 3: Front Side Trunk
Part 4: Front Back Lower Body
Part 5: Outer Inner Lower Body
* If you are unable to tolerate this activity standing or sitting, you may perform it laying down.
Continue to focus on your issue and the emotional response it generates.
Set a timer for 60 seconds while you perform the following:
*If you are unable to tolerate this activity standing or sitting, you may perform it laying down.
Take note of the intensity of your emotional trigger.
*If you are unable to tolerate this activity standing or sitting, you may perform it laying down. As needed, you may go slower, reduce the amplitude of your movement or repetitions. If you cannot manipulate the ball due to arm issues, you may move your eyes up and down without tracking the ball.

*If you are unable to perform this standing you can try sitting while you just move your arms and torso. If you cannot tolerate that, you can imagine yourself doing it.
You've completed the last integration technique. Great job!
We recommend taking note of any particularly challenging techniques or any that felt really powerful in processing and integrating your triggered emotion.
Then go to the step to re-check and determine what's next to optimize this protocol for you.
After completing the last integration technique it is time to tune back into yourself and the original issue.
Use the following guidance to re-check and determine your next steps.

Troubleshooting:
After repeating the process from Step 1, if you are unable to get your rating to a 0, it is suggested to:
At this time, your rating should be a 0 for the issue you were just focusing on.
Now that you have neutralized your emotional pattern, it's time to establish a new one that better supports your greater good.
In the last step you will focus on referencing a new multidimensional experience that is authentically aligned with you.
Congratulations!
It is now time to establish a new empowering multidimensional experience that supports you!
It is recommended to listen to your Harmonic Resonance frequency bundle and breathe as you perform this final step.
Referencing a New State of Being
Reference your new state of being during the day and use your anchor to remind yourself.
The more you use the anchors or references you have connected with the new positive experience, the easier and faster you will be able to bring up those sensations and actually embody them.
You may repeat this process as often as desired for whatever issue you want to address.
