01. Releasing Emotional Trauma from Metals Meditation by Medical Medium

This meditation is a powerful way to support your brain through safe physical detoxification of heavy metals while managing the heat produced during the process for optimal healing. This meditation recognizes the impact of emotional trauma and the ways your body stores and releases emotional energy. Utilize this meditation to clear yourself of any toxicity in your brain so you may experience a more true sense of self. 

When toxic heavy metals become lodged into your brain tissue they can concurrently trap negative emotions as well. As you detox metals out of your brain you may also experience unexplained sadness, deja vu, unrest, nostalgia or any other type of emotional experience. Furthermore, if heavy metals have been causing significant health issues for you then as you release them the accompanying emotional hardships will also be let go of. Be gentle on yourself as this occurs knowing that it will pass.

    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.

Perform this meditation 1x within the next 3 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed
