Midline Resonance Meditation

This meditation focuses on orienting yourself to your center, as well as the left and right sides of integral areas of your body—head, chest, abdomen and pelvis. This practice cultivates coherent resonance, the ability to sense polarity while maintaining a stable, neutral center. By differentiating left, right and center, you enhance your awareness of coherence, integrate opposing energies, stabilize your system and access your innate capacity for clarity, presence and aligned action.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to cultivate my awareness of the midline, left and right sides of my head, chest, abdomen and pelvis to optimize my resonance around a neutral center."
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.
    • At anytime during the day or when going to bed.

Perform this meditation 1-2x/day for the next 7 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed.

  • Carry this awareness of center, left, and right throughout your day, noticing how your system maintains neutrality, stability and coherence as you move, breathe and engage with your environment.
  • As you become familiar with this meditation process you have the option of performing it independently without audio guidance.
