08. Full Body Relaxation Meditation

This meditation supports you in acknowledging tension in your body and guides you to release and calm your nervous system, so you may experience muscle relaxation and more physical comfort.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to release any tension and tightness from my body so I may sense full body relaxation.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation. 
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal. 

Perform this relaxation meditation 1x/day for the next 3 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed

  • As you become familiar with this meditation process you have the option of performing it independently without audio guidance.
