13. Fuel Your Purpose with Unconditional Love Self-Reflection

Simply put, unconditional love is the most powerful healing energy there is.

It is the source of creation. It is what binds us together as a collective unit yet simultaneously supports each of our own unique beings.

Unconditional love is the most coherent resonance there is and at its most pure state could be likened to bliss. It means to be able to give and receive love without judgment or conditions to not only others but yourself.

At its core essence, the nature of your life experience and journey is really about discovering and accessing this pure source of energy to fuel your life’s purpose. What or who are you  here to create or help support? What or who are you supposed to love? How do you serve the collective? Ultimately, as you step into what genuinely inspires and fulfills you, you not only benefit yourself but the greater good as well. You at your highest resonance help boost the collective’s resonance.

How do you access unconditional love?

For some this can be simple and others very difficult. Your foundation for this is laid in your very early years as your parents are your primary teachers of unconditional love. However, there is a wide variable range of the degree you may or may not have received this gift in your formative years. How much unconditional love your parents had within themselves is a major factor in how much they were able to pass on to you. Generally speaking, loving parents often create loving children while parents who lack unconditional love resources tend to shape children who do as well.

Reflect on the prompts below for ~5-30 minutes, 2-3 days a week for the next 1-2 weeks. *Unless otherwise directed.

  • You don’t have to do or change anything, just remain curious about yourself.
  • To get the most out of the witness experience is to set the intention to refrain from any type of positive or negative judgment and be neutral in your observation. Be open and curious about what you may discover! It’s an exploration of You!
  • Perform this self-reflection again in about 4 weeks to assess your progress and to gather any new information to continue to support you and your greatest good.
  • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency and duration to use this reflection technique.

Fuel Your Purpose with Unconditional Love self-reflection prompts:

Reflect on your current awareness of your life’s purpose.

  • Where and how do you channel your love?
  • What inspires or fulfills you?
  • Are you here to build?
  • What are you here to create? This could be a business, art, garden, writings, relationships that nurture or support, children and many other possibilities.
  • Who are you supposed to love? Love can take the form of a romantic partnership nature but also in the form of serving as a mentor, teacher, caregiver or parent (of both human and non-human nature). It is through this love that you share and pass along the creative potential.
  • Is there any other expression your love serves?
