04. Fruit Self-Reflection

Fruit is one of the most healing foods on the planet. Unfortunately, current health trends tout that consuming fruit means you consume too much sugar which is detrimental to your health. This could not be further from reality. Your body, organs and cells run directly on glucose such as the sugar found in fruit, just as nature intended for you. Furthermore, this perfectly created  fuel delivers you tons of nutrients such as antioxidants, vitamins, minerals along with being antiviral and antibacterial. For more information on fruit, please refer here and here.

This self-reflection exercise helps you quantify how much fruit you are actually consuming. Approach this exercise with honesty, curiosity and without judgment. You are ultimately doing this to serve your health!

Reflect for ~5 min or more with the next 1-2 days on your fruit take. *Unless otherwise directed.

  • Optionally use the Fruit calculator below.
  • Log your Fruit Self-Reflection in your journal at the bottom of the page for later reference.
  • Make adjustments to your intake based on the recommendations below within the next 1-3 days.
  • Perform this self-reflection again in about 2 weeks to assess your progress and to gather any new information to continue to support you and your greatest good.
  • Ideally this reflects your daily intake of fruit although you may reflect over a week-long period as desired.
