08. All Energy Centers/ Chakras Balancing Meditation

This meditation practice focuses on restoring balanced energy flow to each of the primary energy centers, or chakras, of the body. These centers are focal points that connect to and influence body systems, organ function, energy flow and imbalances in posture and energy. Each holds their own patterns and aspects like color and sound. 

As you address each center in this meditation you begin to balance and bring harmony to your energetic light body, which then translates into deeper self awareness of your physical, mental and emotional aspects, supporting your conscious personal mastery.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to clear and optimally restore each of my energy centers/chakras so I may resonate health and align with my greatest good.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.

Perform this meditation 1x/day for the next 3 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed
