The ultimate goal when creating your own healing space is to develop an area in which you feel safe and comfortable. When in a safe, comfortable environment it is much easier to release, relax, process and integrate your healing.
Creating space for yourself is where the magic happens, you can do anything in your own safe container. With an area that is just yours, you have the room to begin to realize yourself more deeply.

When creating your healing space you get to “set the tone” or create the vibe of the space. You want this area to feel special and sacred to you, whatever that means for you. Select a location that you feel comfortable, safe and bring whatever items you need to the area to build the space. You may be in a bedroom, around an altar space or in some other location that feels comfortable for you.
This area you create then serves as a safe container for you. This space does not “contain” you, rather it serves to hold a healthy physical and energetic boundary that protects you while you are in it.
When we don’t have any space that we may call our own we begin to blend with those around us and have a hard time determining what we really want, who we are and identify when our true intuition is speaking up.
