05. Conscious Reference Centers Meditation

This meditation awakens the areas of your body that are key for your ability to resonate health and Be your true self.

These areas are known to provide postural alignment and access higher levels of conscious awareness in your body and as well as other aspects of your life.

These areas are supportive for processing information through your body allowing for multidimensional integration. This meditation guides conscious personal mastery to reference the areas in your body for different resources.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to connect to these important physical reference centers to support my health and greatest good and am open to receiving the resources they have for me.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation 
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal

Perform this meditation 1x/day for the next 9 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed.  

    • As you become familiar with this meditation process you have the option of performing it independently without audio guidance.
