03. Clearing Attachments and Entities Meditation

This meditation technique supports you in clearing all that which is not you, so you may more fully embody your True Self and claim all of your power.

Resonate Health defines any attachments and/or entities as vibrational patterns of "not Self".

No matter where, how or when you were entangled with the attachment, entity or anything else, it is important to understand that it is not actually you, or yourSelf. It is not your fault and it can be cleared so you may be yourSelf, resonate health and be protected. Anything that is not you or in your greatest good does not deserve real estate in, on or around you.

Depending on your Self awareness, you may notice when you shift in and out of your true Self and when you are being biased by some other type of energy. Sometimes we are so connected, blended with or attached to this other energy that it can be hard to determine what is or isn’t you. This meditation supports your awareness of yourself and helps you acknowledge any potential unhealthy or negative attachments or energies that may be affecting you and your life. It does not mean you have an entity or attachment but it is time to be aware and stay curious about yourself.

You may use this information and meditation even if you don’t think you have any entity or if you don’t believe in them.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to find any energy that is within or in any way attached to me that is out of alignment with my true self, so I may clear this energy and restore my true resonance and integrity.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation 
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.
    • As you practice this meditation you can perform it at any time and anywhere you feel comfortable.

Perform this meditation 1-2x/day for the next 1-2 days and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed.  

    • As you become familiar with this meditation process you have the option of performing it independently without audio guidance.
