01. Vibration Sensory Input with Weighted Tuning Forks

Vibrational sensory input through weighted tuning forks is a powerful healing tool and when applied appropriately can support your resonance and alignment in a variety of ways. Tuning forks apply vibration safely to the body for incredible health benefits. Weighted tuning forks are best for working directly on the body and can also be used to clear negative or stagnant energy from your environment.

This technique can help:

  • Tone and lift the skin- great for a face lift and getting rid of saggy skin and wrinkles! 
  • Pain relief
  • Muscle relaxation and facilitation support
  • Physical appearance and weight loss
  • Improve sleep
  • Improve energy 
  • Heal scars and skin wounds (use around, not on, any open areas or sore spots) 

 

Vibration has the potential to be facilitatory or inhibitory:

  • Facilitatory meaning it awakes, engages or brings the area to life. 
    • Brief exposure to a higher vibration, like the first 5-10 seconds of a tuning fork.
    • Movement of the vibration stimulates the area you are focused on. 
  • Inhibitory meaning it calms, relaxes or brings the area to rest. 
    • Long exposure to the vibration, letting the tuning fork stay in contact with the body until the vibration of the fork is gone.
    • Providing the vibration to the same focused area.

 

Instructions:

  1. Set the intention that your body absorbs the vibration and all that it needs for optimal functioning and health.
  2. Activate your weighted tuning fork. If you don't have one, see  the weighted tuning fork list above.
  3. Place the tip or side of the handle on whatever body part you want to focus on and bring all of your attention and awareness to that space. Breathe.
  4. As the vibration enters your body imagine it is light as it moves through your cells. 
  5. As the vibration and light move through your body, you become more illuminated, aware of these cells and attuned to your body and true resonance. 

Experience some form of tactile vibrational input for 1-3x/week for 5-25 minutes or more as desired. *Unless otherwise directed

    • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency (Hz) tuning fork and duration to perform.
