
Meridians are located throughout your body serving as pathways of positive and negative energy facilitating communication and connectivity throughout your whole being.
The meridian cycle is a continuous unbroken pathway of energy that flows in one definite direction from one meridian to another in a well-determined order.
When this energy flow is unrestricted the body harmonizes to optimize body functioning. If there are imbalances, there can be meridian overloads or decreased energy running through the circuits corresponding to dysfunction in the organs and systems of the body.
It is recommended for you to work with your designated meridian(s) within the next 1-2 days.
Use your testing technique to determine what meridian(s) you need to focus on and the specific type of input that will optimally alignment your energy flow. There are times when an entire meridian system can be tapped to support its overall alignment and sometimes only specific points are needed to focus on.
Follow the steps below to determine where you need to focus for optimal body functioning and alignment of your meridians. Record the information as you go so you remember.

If you test to address the entire meridian, determine which direction you need to go.
Following a meridian in its normal directional flow is strengthening while tracing in the opposite direction is calming to the meridian. Point #1 is the start of the meridian while the last point is the end. Refer here for the specific pathway locations and points of each meridian.
Is it best for me to work with this meridian:
For any part of the meridian you cannot physically reach with your hands, just visualize the pathway and continue where you can reach to continue the tapping or tracing.
You may use your entire hand and fingers to do the trace or tapping trace or you may trace the meridian ~2-4 inches off of your body in your energy field.
If you test to address only specific points along a meridian(s), instead of the entire meridian, use the following questioning.
Work with your meridians as you test to do so and then reassess your need for this meridian alignment after ~ 1 week.
You may have to adjust the meridians or type of stimulus in some way or you may be complete with using this technique for now.
