07. Tapping Sensory Input

Tapping the body brings the energy and attention to the area/s being touched. It helps circulate energy, blood, lymph and is a powerful tool to shift your awareness and perspective in the moment.

Browse the following 3 tapping options or use your testing technique to determine which is optimal for you at this time.

Additional testing technique guidance:
  1. Determine what tapping technique is best for you from the list above or determine where you most need tapping at this time. “Is it in my greatest good to have this sensory input on..” Continue to ask until you get a yes.
    1. A technique listed above
    2. Head/Face
    3. Arms/Hands
    4. Chest/Torso/Ribs
    5. Abdomen/
    6. Upper/Middle/Lower Back/Buttock
    7. Legs/Feet
  2. Once you have a yes for a general area, continue to ask until you have determined the exact location(s) you need the sensory input.
    1. Determine the front, back, and/or side to focus on
  3. How long at a time is it best to receive the input?
    1. Length of time in seconds or minutes.
  4. How often is it best for this input to be received?
    1. Every day, every 3rd day, etc.
  5. Is it best for this input to be done simultaneously with something else?
    1. “Is it in my greatest good to link this sensory input with another master guide item?” If yes, use the master guide to determine the item you need to link with this sensory input.
    2. Commonly linked with posture, breathing, foundational movements and exercises, as well as during meditations and to anchor a new state of being.

Perform your chosen version of tapping for ~1-3 minutes, daily for the next 1-2 weeks. *Unless otherwise directed

  • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency and duration to perform tapping.
