06. Relax and Reconnect Meditation

This Relax and Reconnect meditation practice helps to refocus your energy to the present moment and ground you so you may feel connected to your ample resources within. In our modern busy lives you can feel pulled in all directions causing you to miss out on the beauty of right now.

Use this technique at any time to return to the present moment so you can harness your energy and align with what is in your best interest.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to release any tension and tightness from my body so I may sense full body relaxation.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation. 
  • Location: 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal. 

Perform this breathing technique 1-4x/day for the next 4 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed

    • As you become familiar with this meditation process you have the option of performing it independently without audio guidance.
    • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency and duration to listen to and use this meditation.
