01. Program your Field

Your energy field is created by you and completely encompasses and surrounds you. The outer boundary of your energy field is really where you begin and end, not at your skin. 

You can program your field to allow in or block out certain things. The outer boundary of your energy field and your field itself act as a filter for you, informing you and protecting you. 

This practice connects you to your energy field so you may program it to respond and react in a certain way. Just like you decide what you put inside your body, you get to decide what comes into your field. 

In this exercise you are consciously choosing to create a specific vibrational pattern in your energy field. The more you practice tuning into and working with your energy field, the easier and stronger your programming becomes. 

 

You may program your field so it is in alignment with what you are currently experiencing in life or to support you during an activity of some kind.

Be as specific as possible when creating your intention. For example: 

  • “I set the intention that any harmful insect that enters my field will become extremely uncomfortable and will be forced to immediately leave my space before reaching my physical body.” 
  • “I set the intention that any energy that is out of alignment with my greatest good will be blocked from entering my space and I will remain free from picking up anyone else’s energy during this event.” 

 

Instructions:

  1. Assume a comfortable position, close your eyes if you want and if it is safe to do so. 
  2. Imagine your biofield around you. It wraps all around you, out to your sides 5-6 feet and is 3 feet above your head and below your feet. 
  3. Continue to visualize and sense your field around you. Perhaps the outer edge is a certain color or you can sense the awareness of your field around you. As you breathe in and out your field also breathes with you. 
  4. Breathe as you bring your awareness to your entire field around you. 
  5. Once you are aware of your whole biofield you will set the programming for your field being mindful of the details for your intention.
  6. Breathe with the intention of your programming in mind. Send this programming all throughout your energy field all the way to the edges. You may even use words and plaster them along the inside of your outer boundary or perhaps you sense a certain color or vibration is used to program your space. 
  7. Continue until your intention is fully embedded and felt throughout your entire field around you. This may take 5 or more minutes depending on how long it takes for you to feel the programming within your field.
    • You may also have to reinforce your programming during the actual event.

Perform for at least 7 days in a row to establish or install your field programming. *Unless otherwise directed

  • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency and duration to perform.
  • Sometimes we want this programming to last awhile and sometimes we need to remove the programming. It is important to reflect on the type of programming you are, knowingly and sometimes unknowingly, putting into your field. The outer edge is meant to be a filter for you, not a wall.
  • To remove or clear the energy field of your programming: “I set the intention to clear previous programming of my field and return to my natural state of resonance.”
