16. Peaceful Liver Bath Meditation by Medical Medium

This meditation is from the Medical Medium Liver Rescue book (p. 425-426), written by Anthony William and is intended to calm and rejuvenate your liver through the simulation of the ocean. This meditation has an added healing frequency in the background to support you in receiving the full healing potential of this meditation, within all levels of your being.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to calm and rejuvenate my liver, draw out negativity  and ground my body to support all that is in my highest and greatest good to resonate health.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A bathtub filled with water that is a comfortable temperature for you.

 

Meditation Instructions:

  • Add 1-3 Tablespoons of sea salt and 2 Tablespoons of kelp powder to the water.
  • Float a natural sea sponge in the water.
  • Enter the bath, close your eyes and imagine yourself in an ocean eddy, a calm little saltwater whirlpool at an out-of-the-way beach where you can relax. You can even imagine that you are inside your liver. Take hold of the sea sponge. Your liver will recognize and connect with this ocean environment.
  • Creating this ocean experience allows your liver to take a much needed break to rejuvenate.
  • This bath also draws out negativity from your body while grounding it. This helps with its ability to heal and longevity.
  • Stay in the bathtub anywhere from 5 to 45 minutes, though ideally 20-30.
